Forest Tabriz Rug, 8' 10" x 5' 9"

This carpet was hand-woven in Tabriz, one of the largest cities in Iran, and one of the largest rug weaving centers in the world.  Our "Forest Tabriz" collection is a fine example of the sixteenth century forest design.  The rug features the flora and fauna of the forest in an all silk pattern in the center on a red ground.  5'9"W x 8'10"L.
